Appearances........................................................$125 per appearance in Westchester and Putnam Counties. $150 per appearance in Dutchess,                                                                                  Rockland or Orange Counties.

Depositions..........................................................$200 per hour any necesary prep/ then $750 day of (10:00 AM-4:30PM)..

Trials.....................................................................$1,500 per day regardless of outcome, against an agreed upon percentage of any successful                                                                                               verdict, whichever is greater.

Professional Consultations....................................An hourly rate determined on a case by case basis.
